The architecture is stunning, showcasing classical Mexican design, and the freshly baked European bread at breakfast was a delightful touch. However, the guest experience was severely lacking. I faced multiple service issues, including a long wait for my fireplace to be lit and inadequate housekeeping. Additionally, an emergency with smoke in the room was ignored for hours, leaving me frustrated during my stay.

A Lovely Escape with Room for Improvement
The gardens offered a serene escape, perfect for our group. We enjoyed dinner at the outstanding on-site restaurant with lovely ambiance. However, service varied. we encountered some unhelpful staff during peak hours. Pro tip, arrive early for meals to avoid delays and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

For a relaxing getaway, it ain't bad
Had this walk through the amazing gardens in the evening, and the peacocks just roam around like they own the place. Plus, the spa was something, I enjoyed the hydrothermal circuit, quite relaxing in that atmosphere, really hit the spot after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but let’s say it was reasonable.
